As a practice built around helping businesses adopt AI responsibly, we hold ourselves to the same standard we recommend to clients: transparency about how and where AI tools are used.
We use AI tools — including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT — daily, both in our own operations and in preparing workshop materials, curriculum, and client deliverables. Where AI tools assist in drafting recommendations or materials, a human (Joshua George) reviews, verifies, and takes responsibility for the final output before it reaches a client.
When we recommend specific AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) to clients, this reflects our genuine assessment of fit for SMB use cases — typically tools the client is already paying for — not a paid partnership. If that ever changes, we'll disclose it.
Where a client's information is used within an AI tool as part of an engagement (e.g., drafting a use case tailored to their business), we use enterprise/business-tier tools with appropriate data protections, and we do not input sensitive or confidential client data into consumer-tier AI tools without the client's knowledge.
If you have questions about how AI is used in your specific engagement, ask — this policy exists so you don't have to wonder.
